Lord Jesus, I know that I'm a sinner. I know that I have broken your commandments, and fallen short of your standards. But I thank you that you have loved me and you have called me to yourself. It is important now that you get into God's word and hide it in your heart. Regular reading and study of the Holy Bible is key. If possible, start attending a Bible-based church in your area. Regular worship and ministering is important in your Christian walk, and the friendship and fellowship that can develop with others in the church can help provide firm-footing and positive direction in that walk.
