Jim's Jerseys reserves the right to refuse to sell to anyone.

E-mail us to request an invoice or pay directly through your account to: jim@jimyackel.com. When requesting
an invoice, please include your shipping address.- Moneyorder, Cashier's Check, Personal Check: Please make payable to Jim's Jerseys and mail to the above address.

- New York residents must add 8% sales tax.

Jim's Jerseys is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. If you would like to add
U.S. Postal insurance coverage to your package, it is available for an additional fee on top of the regular shipping charge.

international shipments. I will not ship into Mexico, due to a zero success rate with packages being delivered to the
addressees.

If you would like to purchase by mailing a check or moneyorder, please contact me first to alert me
that you would like to place the item(s) on reserve. I will reserve an item for 7 days for U.S. buyers, 10 days for those
mailing payment internationally. If payment is not received
within the described time period, the item will be made available to other clients. Items on reserve will
remain listed on the respective inventory pages and will be marked
SALE PENDING until payment is received.
If for any reason you are not satisfied
with an item purchased from me, notify me within 5 days after
receiving your shipment that you are returning it. I will refund
your money(minus shipping) upon my prompt receipt of the item, in
the same condition in which I shipped it. There is a $5.00 restocking fee on all refunds.
